In short
We only collect what you type into our contact form — your name, email, optional company, and message — and only when you choose to send it. We don't run analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we don't sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.

What we collect, and why
Information you give us
When you use the enquiry form on our Contact page, we collect your name, email address, the company you optionally tell us, and the message you write. That is the only way this site collects personal information from you.
Information collected automatically
Like effectively every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and request time) for security and reliability. This site does not add analytics, advertising, or behavioural-tracking scripts on top of that — see our Cookie Policy for the full picture.
Why we use it
Solely to read, respond to, and keep a reasonable record of your enquiry. We do not use your details for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking separately.
Our legal basis
Where consent-based law applies (such as the EU/UK GDPR or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), we rely on the consent you give by ticking the checkbox on our form. Where relevant, we also rely on our legitimate interest in responding to messages people choose to send us — an interest that does not override your own rights, set out below.

Cookies and similar technology
This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies, and its fonts are hosted directly on this domain so no font request is sent to a third party either. Full detail lives in our Cookie Policy .
Who we share it with
Your message is delivered to and stored in our business email account, hosted by Google Workspace / Gmail, which we use as our email provider. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party.
Where it's stored, and international transfers
Your details are stored on our email provider's servers, which may be located outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards our provider maintains for cross-border transfers (such as Google's own compliance commitments and standard contractual clauses).
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as reasonably needed to respond and to keep a record of the conversation — typically no more than 24 months from your last message, unless we're actively working with you, or the law requires us to keep it longer. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you can ask us to: give you a copy of the information we hold about you; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; receive it in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time — which won't affect anything we did before you withdrew it. Write to the email below and we'll act on it.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of digital consent in their jurisdiction without appropriate parental or guardian involvement. If you believe a child has shared information with us, contact us and we'll remove it.
Keeping your data secure
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including serving this site over HTTPS — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep the risk as low as we reasonably can.
